I just skimmed the last 7 or so pages since I posted...this thread is great. Someone sends someone $20 legitimately and now its time to file suit...if anything the person who sent the $ should be sued for lacking IQ and not making a quick call to Kicker. But what do I know...people can pretend to be anyone on the net, but a simple call to kicker would have resolved this...or buying the amp authorized and not dealing with dirt bag indoaudio.

Tis true. I never said I agreed with what SM was doing, but I am a firm believer in "you live you learn".

He did something stupid(because he's stupid), when common sense should tell you to just call kicker. He got his $20 back. He's out his time I agree, but unfortunately its due to him being very VERY naive. Nothing will happen to SM, so it's best to just move on.

If you pay Spider Monkey he can use the fraud department of Kicker to strong arm this unauthorized dealer. He has ways.

Send SM $50 bucks to expedite your repair, I did it when I didn't want to wait (The had a 4 months wait back then //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif) and you should see your amp fixed within a week.

Just off the first couple pages, I don't have the time to hug the nutsacks of these guys to see if they buy or sell here but I don't see why it's king ranch's sole responsibility, when there were so many people jumping in vouching for SM.

That is the fukd up "references" part I was referring to though. A bunch of old timers jump in praising somebody, it might give the unsuspecting a sense of trust...

Well, when you have to ask if you should call Kicker and ask for Spider Monkey...

I couldn't believe money was actually exchanged after reading the thread, but IMO, I never saw SM keeping it.
