one more question why does the amp not have an adjustable SSF my box is tuned at 34hz and is one 6" aero with a box net of 5.2cu ft with 2 12's l7's 08 models, so with the amp being set at 25hz if i push the subs with exactly 1500rms will i need to woorry bout the 9hz different on the amp compared to my box tunning and the subs playing too low or no

Don't worry about it. With the 25hz the signal will be attenuated enough to keep your driver from unloading. You don't run an ssf AT your tuning. Like he said you run it a half octave lower. Half an octave from 34hz is 26.6

1.6 hz lower won't make or break any difference.

Did he tell you for sure it can be fixed? Sometimes they are unfix able and need an entirely new board which is what one of mine needed.. unfortunately it was under warranty but would have taken 2 months to get back to me with the claim so I just paid out of pocket.

Not to scare you just to give you a heads up as not all amps can be fixed so easily.

If you don't know what an octave is then you have much reading to do and perhaps you shouldn't be playing with audio just yet.

ohh sorry forgot the time difference its 7 here so its a 3 hour difference isnt it

and thats why i thought was a half octave but i wasnt sure i coudlnt rember
