increasing credit limit

well i am getting ready to pay my cc bill, but my friend just told me, if i want to increase the credit limit, i should pay it on the due date. is this correct, or should i just pay it now?

people usually dont ask for a raise until a whole year has gone by. I have had my cc for about 6 months, i asked for a raise and got denied.

i just went to walmart and bought one of those Visa cards they got and put money on it to buy stuff online and what not...no need in getting butt ***** by the creditors dudes!

You're supposed to pay AFTER your due date.
