the 10's would have 157 sq inches of area, and the 15 is ~176 so the 15 has more area, BUT.....this isnt really important...its more so the enclosure and subs themselves..

Depends on the motor strength of the 15". 2 tens can be pretty powerful.

I've gotten louder with 2 10's ported over 2 15's sealed. The 10's are better subs, however (10" type r's vs. oldschool Kicker CVR 15's).

RL-p ported will get way louder than SEs sealed. It might even get louder than the SEs ported.
