In the market for a new headunit. Looking at the Pioneer FH-P8000BT

I really like the look of this headunit. The reviews I have read all say it has excellent sound quality as well. What do you guys think? I dont really care for any of the dvd players, I just want a headunit that plays audio with really good sound quality. My budget is around 350. What would you guys suggest for best sound quality at that price? It doesnt need to be double din but it is preffered. The speakers I am running are boston acoustic sr50's up front hooked up to a JL audio slash 300/2 and 2 jl audio 12-w-3v3-2 bieng powered by a memphis mcd 1100. No rear fill at the moment but if I do get it later it will just be run off headunit power. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Ya I cant seem to find any of those around that arent used. No one has experience with the headunit I mentioned, or can say weather or not they recommend it? Or recommend something i would be able to find new.

Its too much of a gamble, especially when the money you are gonna be spending is basically the only money you have to spare.

One thing I forgot to mention is that right now I have a Pioneer DEH-P4200UB. Do you guys think it would even be worth upgrading to the FH-P8000BT? The only difference I see with the FH-P8000BT is the fact that it has a 7 band equalizer and mine has a 5 band. Also the FH-P8000BT has built in bluetooth which would be nice but isnt really a necessity for me. With the given information, do you guys think it would even be worth the price tag of more than double what I payed for the one I have now?

I have been looking around I cant even find any of those eclipse 7200 mkII head units used. It does look like a really nice unit though, love the 11 band equalizer. If anyone knows where I can find one please let me know. If not can you recommend me something that would be a good second choice?
