I understand that. But surely there is more to it than following the style. Or, is that the only point? What's with following the 'VIP style' if it means mods than seem to have no explainable appreciation? Someone put curtains on their car initially for some purpose.

I believe they were initially put on a car for privacy.. part of the "vip style" that seems to focus on luxury (or the owners IDEA of what luxury should be)

and to those commenting on the curtains...i saw a lot of nice luxury cars sporting them and hooked up vans in okinawa...to me its seems like its biting off luxury cars like the maybach...more of a privacy curtain/shade kinda thing i guess.

Thank you. The purpose IS for privacy. If any of you actually looked up VIP style, you would know it's for the mafia (in Japan) to be low key, not driving around in a benz or bmw, but something like an infiniti or lexus, and those curtains are used for privacy.
