In dash Nav....

Looking for a in dash nav unit, maybe. Was considering a Pioneer AVIC F900BT...just wondered pro's/con's and if there is something better out there?

Wow, that's exactly what I need...

Back in the day I owned a Pioneer Avic-N1 and really disliked it. I didnt care for the audio control and the navigation was poor. I was always being taken in the wrong direction it seemed.

Over the past couple of years I have been trying to find a NAV unit with all the features I wanted. It seemed like I would find a unit with some of the features I cared for but never all of them. This is that unit.

Prior to this I was looking at the Eclipse AVN6620BT. Nice unit, but one of my friends told me that you couldnt search for points of interest by category (IE Fast food) but you had to do a universal "nearby search" or search by name.
