In dash has a button that sticks, how to fix?

Think if I got a hold of pioneer they would fix it if I sent the unit back to them? Theres no actual faceplate since its a dvd screen / player... its the 5700

i dont think pioneer wil do anything. and if they do. it will be alotta money
