Was 245 a few months ago. I hate winter..........yes, that is my excuse!
How the hell did you gain 20lbs in a few months? Just quit dieting and started back eating shit all the time?

Happens when you stop working out. Just got lazy is all it comes down to I guess.

I haven't gained any in a couple weeks though, lol!

Putting the bowflex out in the garage this summer, so I actually have a place to get away from time to time. Shooting for 225 by the end of summer. Diet is my main concern though, not so much working out.

Good goal to have.

I got disgusted with myself shortly after moving out to the desert. My excuse was eating junk because I hadn't had time to get settled in to the area and everything.

I've been avoiding the gym, but I cut down on my portions and have been doing lots of cardio.

I even took a part time job where I am on my feet lifting boxes from 4AM to 9AM 3 to 4 days a week. Extra money, and fitness.

 
I'm 212 with a 14.97% body fat. I benched 325 last weekend twice. I will be 195 at around 10% by mid-may. Every year I adjust my overall "cut weight" and "bulk weight" up. I want to be 230 bulk and 205 cut. Just takes years for me to get there.

Increase the number of meals and just eat slightly less (just remember you get to eat every 2 hours so you don't have to stuff yourself). You WILL lose weight.
