I think he is bringing it up because others continually seem to use it as a 'weapon' when they have no other defense. Very immature if you ask me, I think everyone enjoys a fat joke or two but at some point it gets old and plain boring.

I'm pretty sure we have all called him fat but only because calling him a douche is just too obvious.

See this makes sense to me but then again kinda lets me down. He is a fat douche, no question about it. But he also can form a whole sentence and is a good person to have discussions with. So who cares if someone calls him fat? If it bothers him enough to bring up an older thread then lose some weight. But if he has a response to a topic and there only reply is "you're fat" then he won. Pretty much that simple.

You are fat, this we know from the other "I am fat threads" such as "here is me working out" or "man I'm fat". It's been beaten to death already, yes your fat, it isn't going to change.
