its not supposed to be any different from the 08, the only diff b/w the 07 and 08 are the 25th anniversary case (silver one on the 08), I can't remember but its either 06 or 05 and below that has some internal differences which they upgraded

Older hifonics stuff is said to have been better quality, not the brutus line of amps specificallly (which is a newer line)
