In between a RE 12 and an SE12

I think the SE12 will be a bit loud for the amount of bass I would want for daily driving (Was thinking 800w Rms) but I think the RE12 will be too little. What sub would be in between these two, running at about 400, maybe 500w RMS. I'm looking for an SQL sub and it's going to be ported in the trunk of a sentra. I'm guessing you guys will say the Type R but I'm leaning away from them. Thanks.

I just took out my SE15. I had it sealed on 600 RMS, but I tell ya what that thing sounded pretty nice. I don't have my new box done for the Type R's, and I actually find myself avoiding listening to certain songs because I can't stand listening to them without that extra bass in it.

Anyway, I was very happy with my SE15. You may be just as happy with your SE12. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

My vote goes to the SE12.

Well, I know I'd like the extra bass, but my trunk is known to rattle quite a bit even when sound damping is applied. The spoiler on it causes most of the rattles. That was my main concern. I don't wanna spend all the money and find out it rattles a bunch from the outside. Yes, it's more important to me that it actually sounds good inside, but I don't want my trunk to sound like pennies in a coffee can =/. And I meant WHAT IS inbetween these 2, not what to choose.
