We have our 8" Prototype coming in very soon, we completely dropped our other 8" design and redesigned. This will feature a dual stacked magnet, 2" Coil, new motor has a larger magnitized gap for higher motor force, brass shorting ring as well, will hold a longer 2" coil. We are not releasing any specs yet, so take it for what is it is. Just a few woofer **** pictures //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif. I can tell you this its going to be a very solid driver! The production models will feature copper coils, and the basket will change, already have designed drawn up and will be getting into production soon. We will release actual basket pictures soon.

These also will feature medium stiffness spiders with flat ribbon leads. The production coils will be much beefier than the prototype coils.
