impedence for the ctx components?

Is the impedence for the ctx components 4 ohm per speaker, or for the set? The guy from woofersetc.com informed me it would be 4 ohm load on a 2 channel amplifier with no way of wiring it down to 2 ohms.

only way to put it at 2 ohms is to wire them together..

You don't want them run in mono. They aren't dvc, so you have limited wiring options.

I think I am just confused assuming each speaker is 4ohms correct? so 4ohm+4ohm in parallel would be 2 ohm load correct?

They are SINGLE voice coil, and you don't run them wired together in any way. If you wire them into 2 ohms you are running them mono, and you want them in stereo.
