Ok well ive been reading all these threads were yall make ppls sigs or logos and id like to get some free software to start messin around with sometimes.

So wat do you think is the "best" FREE Image editor or w/e and dont say photoshop casue its not free.

You get what you pat for for free MS Paint or maybe a trial version of something from a site like download.com but for something worthwhile be prepared to pay.

The Gimp is probably the best free image editing software. But we all know that photoshop is the best "free" image editing software....

I use PSP, no particular reason, only slightly less powerfull that photoshop.. a little easier to use IMO aswell.
