Image Dynamics

its like dynamat, just peel & stick-use a roller or something that can help ply preasure.

If you can buy enough for a whole door, go to bestbuy & get the dynamat door kit for $23.00.

even if you mount your tweeters in your dash i at least velcro them to a spot just see where they will sound the best.

every car acoutics is different, So aiming your tweeters on axis or off axis will play a great deal in your sound stage.

Those pioneer tweeters sound good ON or OFF axis.

The tweeters are one of the biggest reasons I went with the speakers. They are a dome tweeter which doesn't necessarily need to be on axis for it to sound it's best, although it certainly helps. I don't even permanently mount my tweeters. I use 3M molding tape. It works wonders. I'll check out that Dynamat door kit. One of my buddies works there so I'll see if he can pick it up for me for even less.

yeah if you can take card board & duct tape over the other holes that will help as well.

if you dont deaden your doors the upper midrange & lower midbass will suffer.

those pioneer mids are really really smooth sounding with great midbass.

the tweeter is natual sounding with a nice top end that isnt harsh.

Iheard those comps in a sounding room next to the Macintosh,Boston Z's,& ADS older model.

the pioneer was holding its own.

Sweet. It's nice to hear that they can hold their own against some pretty high end speakers. I'll block off the few holes I've got and see about some deadener.

I have some damplifier and dynamt extreme I can sell you cheap. lemme get a total and ill pm you a great price.
Let me know. I'm looking for about 25 sq. ft. I figure with this I can do the front doors, both inner and outer shells.

FatMat's website is cheaper than their eBay listings so I'd get it from their website just to save $5.

how does 12 sqft of dynamat extreme and 18sq ft of damplifier for 70 shipped sound good? It would cost you almost that for the damplifier alone on second skins website //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I think I actualyl have about 22 sq ft of damplifier, ill give you all of it.

If you have 22 sq. ft. of Damplifier, for how much would you sell me that? Is it Damplifier, Damplifier Pro, or Damplifier Lite?
