Pic wont get big for me but from what i can see. you should have a fuse within 6 inches of each battery. so two on bat 1 and two on bat 2.

I would ground the amps to the rear battery and ground the rear battery twice. Good places

And you need to ground that alt somewhere. I have mine on the front battery

Why do you have 1/0 and four gauge wire going to your amp should all be the same size wire....

Especially if it has dual inputs

Ok, I'll put 2 runs of 1/0 power to the sub amp. using 2 250 amp fuses. That sub amp recommends 300 to 350 amp external fuse, so I'd have to somehow make the fuses for the sub amp equal to 350 amp?
