Ok, I'm completely stumped and need help.
I have a 2002 mazda 626. I'm trying to install a pioneer deh-p3000ib. I bought a wiring harness, connected it to the factory harness. I've connected all the wires to the deck wiring harness, they were color coded. and the **** thing won't power up. I've figured out the yellow and red wires are for power, and tried redoing the wiring, won't work. I reconnected my old deck to see if that would power up, to figure out where my problem was and it powered up. now the only thing that makes sense to me is the ground. I have the deck's ground wire running through the wiring harness and not physically grounded. I figured the already connected ground for the old deck would work fine, correct? Please help!
