I wanted to go up to a $900-$1200 set of splits(Mille, Dyna, Sinfoni).

I wanted to go up to a 12in woofer.

I knew the MS-8 has quirks before I bought it but it was the best for my application.

After reading all the errors others where having I feel very lucky because mine is absolutely perfect in every way.

I'm so scared if I change ANYTHING I'm going to have a error of my own.

If mine goes south I can't replace it anymore with a new unit. There is nothing else I would want to use.

Even if they do bring out a dash kit I don't want to change it.

I do have the famed, cheap ford HU static at very low volume but I'm learning to live with it.

Yea pointless rant lol.. I'm waiting for you to get bit by the bass bug and see how loud u can get since I'm quite and you know everything. U should be able to do 155+ out the trunk on music easy with everything you know.

I'm in the same boat. Its like i'm at the point of satisfied but not completely but pretty close. However It can be better in several different ways, however, if you change out anything you are afraid of losing everything thats going well ATM.

A driver change would be more of a status upgrade than actual preformance.

Buy a cheap Tahoe and build a 160db sq system where everything blends perfect. U have the knowledge. Tahoes are super easy to get mid 150s on dash on music.

You paying for it? I got about 4 grand I could spend now. That would cover the woofer, maybe a Z and the splits. Ordering a D4900 next week to help out when I do want to push it.
