Im running two amps and I was wondering if....

Im running one amp to my speakers, and one to my subs. i was wondering if I could just disconnect the speaker amp and run the sub amp during this competition in the morning. Because when i run both amps, when the truck idles, my sub amp shuts off. But i thought maybe if I disconnected my speaker amp during the competition, if it would help me at all. Need answers ASAP

Yeah, just disconnect the REM wire on the speaker amp

Yup, it will work fine to just disconnect the Speaker amp, but I would suggest checking out a bigger alternator or getting a cap.
