honestly i love it my only real major complaints are the java issues. cingulars media network never works like it should.
you cant add an unlimited texts pack with the media plan (but im sure 1000 txts and im's is enough for most.
battery life is poor but they include an additional battery and charger.
the phone itself with the 3G network is amazing (assuming youre in the coverage area i am half the time -- i travel alot for work -- the edge network works just fine the rest of the time however) most the pitfalls are simply due to software issues which should be rectified shortly assuming cingular dosent sweep these issues under rug. as this is a flagship model and a great markwting tool and success for both cingular and samsung im not too worried.
one thing to also thinkabout however is that samsung will be releasing a new model of this phone to most other carriers. it will feature some upgrades including a slick 3mp camera.
