Im new to audio and need help please

ok so i just got my first car and i need music and i wanna be able to rattle the whole neighboorhood lol im wondering what subs would be good for me to get im thinking about 2 15inch subs but i dont know which brand is good and bad i would like loud and decent sound quality alot of bass tho so could someone help me out and im not trying to spend 600 for 2 subs

also i need an amp and box and everything lol so jus name some good brands i guess

and my budget isnt to much i wanna spend 800 or so on everything maybe a lil more
