Glad and hate at the same time. Right now it is just causing real estate to keep climbing to ridiculous levels and affecting rentals as well. I had to pay way too much for my new home to be built.

No way in hell I'd ever leave Michigan for Florida. I have family in Florida and have worked in Florida before and I have to say its ok to visit but not to live. Florida is a right to work state and with me being a union construction worker there is NO way I could make it there. Just my .02.
