I'm sill in college, bought a 427k house a month ago, and work full time, and get good grades. And my college job can pay for a house and then some, and I got another job lined up when I finish college in less than 6 months.

But it didn't all come to me; I had to fight and work for it, too.

This isn't to be sarcastic, but are you motivated for real? Some just get the shaft and get laid off or what not when they got it good, but, like many of my friends, they complain about being broke, but still work part time shitty jobs and don't do anything about it. So they can't really be all that down in the gutter if they are settling with what they got.

I went through a rough patch about 3 months ago when I moved out, you really dont think how good you had it til ya move out. I was still spending money at the bar and on eating out with my girl like crazy, wasnt keeping track of how much money I had to keep, then bam, $550 rent, $400 insurance + food + hydro + phone = was down to under a hundred bucks.
Since then Ive grabbed tons more shifts at work and never turn down an oppurtunity for overtime, I also eat out ALOT less, but my girl likes that part anyways, and if youre into bar hopping at all, I used to only have 3-4 beers before the bar, cause I was always late for the predrinks at buddies places, now I show up early and pound 10 back, and you only drink a few at the bar.... saved me a good $100/week lol

But seriously, start a excel spreadsheet, I learned how to do it, you see where youre money is and how youre spending it.

I just got a job at the local stancatos. Washing dishes 4- close. 7.30 an hour. Not getting hours like I want though. Like I would want 5 days which is about30-32 hours. But I only get 2 or 3. But I just started

Btw there was a guy down here that did this exact thing and for 6+ months afterwards he was selling his OCs.

OP, if you are slightly in shape and black, go find a fat ***** with money to lay up with, she likely wont care if you're ****ing other girls either, logn as you come back to her. Hell she'll even let you drive her car(9out of 10 times its newer and somewhat nice). You don't even have to be black to that really though
