I know lots of smokers and snorters and I dont have a problem with it.

But most of them still have enough brains to quit if they are on probation.

Not all drug users (not abusers) are still smart about what they do. You apparently are not one of them.

Ok, so you had a headlight out and you had some weed with you (I think you said 66 grams somewhere in here).Who the **** cares if you got pulled over by a K-9 unit, it's not like the dog comes up to the car. If you had it in plain sight where the cop could see it, or if you were smoking it or you culd smell it, then yeah.He'd then have a reason to ask you to search.Legally, you don't have to give in to the search threat.

Personally, I don't see how the hell you got busted when he pulled you over for a headlight unless you're really stupid.

Actually both parts are pretty stupid, but smoking on probation is still pretty shitty.

I knew someone on probation, didn't stop and didn't care.Maybe I'll see him next year.

Then, I knew someone else on probation, they quit everything.

Some people can handle it, some can't.Just like you said.

I used to know hippie kids who did this when they were on probation: they would get on food stamps, and then use the food stamps to buy this system cleaner shit. It is technically a food item, so if you can find it in a health food store that accepts food stamps you are golden.

A single unemployed hippie would get about $125 a month in foodies, the shit cost about $25 a bottle. So they were set for weekly piss tests and still had $25 extra for munchies.

It worked great for them.

Wow are you serious? Do you have any idea why they ride around with k-9 unit's...do you know how good a dogs smell is? I don't care if the cop pulled me over and parked his patrol car 100ft behind my truck. The dog prob. would still smell it.

And legally...yes you have to give in dumbass, when a k-9 is sitting there barking his *** off.

Yup...I was on probo for 6months...smoked through the whole six months. Did 2 weeks and that was it. I wouldn't do it again though.

It doesn't matter if you have billions in the bank, it is still stupid. I do quite well myself but see no need to smoke weed. I will say it again, you must be missing something in your life to feel the need to fill it w/ how smoking makes you feel. You must not have everything you could ever want or need.
In all honesty, I do think people should be able to smoke at home only. I do not want some dumbass smoking and then driving while my wife and child are out on the road. I could care less if people choose to destroy their lives but when they bring it into my world, that's when I have a problem w/ it.

i've been on probation since september of last year, but i'm smart enough to know when to quit. i've been clean since then from everything but afew beers here and there. i don't feel that the stress that accompanies you to your p.o. visit is worth afew hours of being high; not to mention the possibilty of geting put in jail over afew hours of being high as well.

but then again, as mentioned, some people just can't stop. fortunately i'm not one of those poeple. now that i've stopped smoking, life is a whole lot better in general. yea you may not think things aren't affected by smoking mj at this point in time since you're still using, but when you're clean for a while you'll notice the difference.
