Im fat. Halp.

Yeah, I hear ya. I am going to start to drink more water. I hope I will get used to it, which I am sure I will. Only time I like to drink water is when I am sweating my *** off, which isn't that much.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Believe it or not, I can still see my dick! Always went on the theory, if I can still see it, then I am really not that fat.

I have horrible logic!
it is hard at first but trust me...your body will get used to it and you will eventually crave water. its all about will power...are you gonna let a canned beverage defeat you?

Atkins Diet, if you love meat this ones for you, Carbohydrates are over rated! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

so is cholesterol and heart disease

you need a balanced meal for health. Atkins is proven for weight loss...but most people also raise there lipid levels to extreme heights. Any doctor in his right mind will not approve of the Atkins plan unless its for very short periods followed by a balanced, more senseable diet

Canned beverage along with plastic have been kicking my ***** for ages! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

Let me just state this one more time: losing weight is not about dieting, it's about changing your life. I had been relatively heavy for my entire life as shown in this pic shot in 2006:

March 2007 I said **** this bullshit, I want to be able to run more than 1/4 mile at a time, so I adopted all the shit I told you previously. That netted me from 230 in that pic, to 165 in this pic (feb 08, don't ask what the pic's context is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif )

You don't need 6 meals a day. I didn't, and I just said **** it and made up my own plan. Ate 1oz almonds in the morning, swam 30 minutes, cocked around the rest of the day. When school started, I started boxing again, but this time instead of being heavyweight, I would fight with the super middleweights. They worked the shit outta me. Hopefully this year, I'll be able to cut down to 150 to fight super welterweight. If you have any questions, PM me, but Rashadd is doing a good job. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

And my best bet for you is that you go train in the gym you would feel more comfertable and what not such when me and kove use to train Muy Thai gets boring after awhile if its only yourself training but you can do it and a good way is to get a girl ..

I am 6', 350lbs. And honestly, I guess since I been fat my ENTIRE life, I dont mind it. I have some advantages, and also disadvantages, but, i'm happy. My cholesterol, heart rate, blood pressure, all that is where it SHOULD be for someone in a physically healthy state. The docs all say I am good the way I am, but it would be a great idea to drop some pounds. Here's the deal, I dont eat much, and I am VERY active. SO...with that being said...I'll stay the way I am.

They love the big ole teddy bear.

Im a chunky cat, for sure.

Id like to drop some weight, and lift some weight at the same time. I have a gym membership, but have a ton of basic weights at my house. My gym is a shot away, and would rather do most of the workout with the weights here. What do you all suggest as a basic weight routine? Also... Food. I have a food problem. Whats an "above average" guys daily intake for food, and what can I do to drop some good weight? Im like... 6'..... 270. 38 waist. meh.

Halp.

you need to learn ALOT. first, either cut or bulk, you cant do both unless your got perfect genes. go read up on proper diet. you HAVE TO count cals to lose weight. 500 calorie deficit to your matainence ccals is where you should be. i suggest the ketogenic diet. ive been cutting from 325lbs since aprilish and am now at 254lbs (71lbs WOOT!) and still benching 335 and deadlifting 515. its all about your diet. study study STUDY
