Recently I Purchased A Reaudioxxx 18" Sub. After Doing This I Was Told That The Amp I Needed To Purchase Was The Usamps Xt4000d. So I Did. Later I Learned That This Amp Is Probably Not Going To Get The Job Done Very Well If At All. Can Anyone Tell Me What They Think Of This Combination And These Amps? Is All This That I'm Doing A Waste Of Time Until I Get A Suitable Amp Or What?

I don't see why not. The XT4000d puts out 1500 watts RMS at 1 ohm, and US Amps tend to be slightly underrated. Build a good ported box tuned low and it will slam.

It's not optimal, but it will be fine. Maybe you should have gone with an MD3D instead, but the xt4000d will do.

I'd Like To Keep My Cost Down Or Around $600 Dollars. Originally I Purchased An Orion 5000d From Sonic Electronics; But After Getting The Run-around For A Couple Of Weeks With Them I Kind Of Gave Up. What's Your Opinion On That Amp?

But On This Forum, If You Type All Caps, It Modifies It To Only Capitalize The First Letter Only. He Probably Just Has Caps Lock On.

xt4000d is a joke, and if u got an XXX then i'd think u need more power than wat the 4000d can offer. Looking at 2500 watts from that Orion is going in the right direction
