I'm clean

5'10 170 isn't overweight. you're probably, in actuality, 5'8.5" and 185lbs. which isn't that bad either. anyway...in 10 years they will find out that splenda is worse than actual cane sugar.

that stanky stanky??

lol i only drink tea... and LOTS of it... i drink almost a gallon a day by myself... but its healthy for you, right? well prolly not that much

soda once a week if that... i really dont like sugar or sweet stuff at all

I used to drink at least a 2 liter of Coke every night and have a bag of lowfat buttered popcorn with it. Funny enough, it actually made me thinner because my calorie intake was so low, and I walked all over the University's campus. The about 3 years ago, I gave up drinking it and turned to water. Now, I have the occasional Coke when I drink hard liquor, but otherwise, I am clean. I feel healthier and a great deal less lathargic since cutting out the sodas and starting an exercise plan.

I need to do the same thing Icetea. I drink pop like its going out of style. I swear it is the worst thing I have done to my body. I dont even stick with one brand either. I have like 4 different types of pop I drink, Mountain Dew Code Red, regular, Sunkiss, Sierra Mist and have a bad habit of drinking Koolaide as well, which is loaded with suger. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I am not at my heaviest, but feel worse than I ever have. I am 5-10 and 260 pounds right now. I was heaviest at 305, but I was playing sports and being active, just ate like a mofo! Now I dont eat, but drink too much. So I am gonna try to drink more water as I dont drink enough of it. Sometimes I dont drink any for days, literally. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif Thanks for the inspiration. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Anyone have suggestions for easy to prepare foods that are actually healthy for you? I'm 25, 6'0, 175, which is about the right ratio, but I know by the time I'm 35, I'll be pasty white with a beer gut if I keep this up. Problem is I'm always on the go, and end up eating fast food as probably 75% of my diet ( I know it's gross). Thinking If I can just go to the market, stock up on fruits and veggies, and find a quick and easy way to prepare stuff, I could get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle. BTW, I went swimming for the first time this summer a couple days ago, and my arm and calf muscles hurt like a *****.
