cause i'm overweight and the way i was drinking it i probably would've had diabetes by the time i was 25.

Congrats man! I gave up caffine a while ago, but tend to slip every now and then. I feel MUCH better then when I was drinking 5 20oz. of Mt. Dew a day.

i have like 2 pops a day and i have a high metabolism so i doubt i'll get fat by that age never know though *shrugs*

i gained over 100 pounds since high school so i had to do something. i lost 35 poundsin about a month and a half

I gave up drinking pop when I found out I was diabetic, I was drinking about 7 sodas a day...

Even the diet drinks are loaded with sodium. Knock back a ton of water and you will be in good shape.

i wanted to give it up before i got diabetes. my dad drank lots of coke as well and he ended up with diabetes. he's about 5'10 and weighs 170 pounds so it shows that overweight people don't always get diabetes
