As for Smitty, he's been made aware via Pm and (now) the public post that there are rules to be followed. Its my understanding that his original acct was unbanned, so unless h breaks any rules, he is welcome to participate on the forum until such a time as he chooses to break the rules. One way or another, that issue WILL be resolved.
