A little while ago I started a thread about how I wasnt getting any bass.A few suggestions worked but I still wasnt totally happy. So,I decided to sell all my used garbage and get some new stuff.Heres what Im using:

RD Audio 1750.1

Re Audio SX 12" dual 2

Pioneer F700BT

All new Tsunami wiring(Rca's and all 1/0)

Everything is brand new.

Heres my newest dilema.Basically Im having the same problem, little to no bass!!.The only way I get bass is to crank everything.Heres the weird part. The controls on the amp do absolutely nothing.I can turn the controls every which way and nothing!!Also,I was playing with the RCA's and when I unplug one of them I still get some sound.Im completely baffled.I was very meticulous when I was running all my wiring so it was no neat and done the right way.

Any suggestions??

you need to set your gains and levels properly. You will notice a huge difference once you match everything up.

Also,,, make sure your ATT is not on.. One never knows //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

edit.. and of course you will still get some sound if you only unplug one rca.

got your amp RCAs plugged into the wrong spot on the deck? maybe plugged into a highpass output?
I suppose thats a possibilty.Would that explain why I have no control over the amp?Like I said I could crank up the gain and bass boost and it doesnt affect the volume at all,it does nothing!!

probably, if you have a hp out, then a lowpass on the amp on, you might get some bass but not really

and is there a setting on your HU that you need to use to activate your outputs?
Yes and its turned on.

I just want to clarify that I do get some bass output, its pretty low but there is some. The thing I dont get is why the controls on the amp do nothing.

try hooking up an ipod or something directly to the amp. This will help you troubleshoot if it is HU or amps. There is obviouly something very simple you are over looking here.
How do I do this? What would you expect to happen by doing this?

I just went and checked and I do have the sub Rca plugged into the sub pre-out.I just put in a rap cd and the sub dosent even hardly move.It sounded pretty crappy.I turned it off because something is definately wrong.
