Hi i been geting some good help so thanks guys. i been thinking over what i should do and with every one helping me im still alittle lost as far as what to run. im gona do the big 3 i want to run 4 2 ohm dual voice coil 400 rms subs and get a amp to power that i dont know if i can get away with my stock alt even if i go to 2 ga wire for the big 3 upgrade. i pretty much am set on 4 12 cuz i found this guy with a nice box for me. I understand with out doing the the big 3 upgrade and just seeing what can happen its hard to tell what i can do and cant do. do u guys think with what other peple say about the big 3 and mayb u did it will i be able to run them with out draing my battery and killing my alt? i dont mind doing a ho upgrade if thats what i gota do. thanks

i wana do 4 12s. im ordering a 200 amp alt so i wana do 4 2ohm dual voice coil subs. im looking at KICKER 07CVR122 (07CVR12) CVR12 12" CVR Dual Voice Coil 2-Ohm 800W . idk i found a nice box . i gota get a amp im trying to find what would work with my alt upgrade i need subs and a amp i should have about 800 for amp subs the box i can get for cheap local guy has one 4 12 sealed.

get a dencent battery and be smart about how long you play you system wiht the car off and you will be ok

the alt is another story

the subs do hit hard i have no idea y lol . i have a stock 75 amp alt i dont play with car off. im getinga a db electrical 200 amp alt and a 4 ga wire kit for the big 3 . imwaitng on some money. i wana make sure that what i run will be ok. i wana do 1600 rms i dont mind volt drops at idle its just when imdriving i dont wana see like 12.2 or so im not paying all this money to be were im at now but i got 4 12s instead of 2 lol

Hi i got a scosche boom stick to day i dont know how good they are but any ways it seems about right i dont know. I was able to reach a 127.7 with my seats down well playing a bass test tone cd.I was able to reach a 128.8 in the trunk with the seats down. In the car i could feel alot of air in my face and my bumper wanted to fall off i dont know how i can get that much bass with what im runnin my gain and bass boost on my amp is low and my radio sw is set to 125 with no bass boost its set to 0

I still think for what i have its pretty good my whole car shakes i dont like that at all my antana shakes

It really does move alot of air around bro no lie im not here to hype my shit up here it does hit hard i dont know its how i have it wired mayb the subs are great with the amp it does hit hard bro

look there 100 doller subs ok there not great but u know what for the price 2 for 108 come on bro u cant beat that there nice i had kicker comps i had sonys i had all the off name shit u can think of walmart stuf kmart bestbuy u name it i had that crap and i like these subs yes there low level mtx subs and there not even there higher end jackhammer series they got a 300 rms and i think 400 rms series that is sick there like 170 each check them out

and why dont u get ur amp installed first, see if u have voltage drops, if u do then upgrade elctrical

i had 3 cvrs 12s off of 1400rms and it really wasnt all that loud.

just got a 15 ssd and 1100rms and the FI blows the kickers outta the water.

Get one soild 15 and about 1200-1400 watts and u wont beleive the output u get

thanks man i know i wana get the amp but im geting votlage drops with my ts 1440. what amp she like power acoutik has like amps that are rated pretty **** high for like 300 dollers or so . my amp was

u have voltage drops for a fews reasons.

U dont have the right sized wire, power and ground.

U dont have the big 3 done.

U pry have a shitty *** ground.

U dont have a upgraded batt( might not be needed if u dont have voltages problems if u fix above suggestions.)

U need to do these things before u upgrade ur subs/amps. But it seems like ur never gonna take my advice.

GO out right now, buy 40 feet of 0/1 wire and rewire ur entire system, Not to diffucult at all buddy

oh and i got 4 ga ground that i sand down and i got all my wires running nice rca remote on one side power on the other side 100 amp fuse under the hood and 100 amp fuse in my block. all wires nice and connected i did it yesterday.
