Illegals Go HOME!!

ummm the AK is usually part of a kidnapping in Mexico. idiot, they gonna kidnap you with a butterknife?
No your more likely to encounter a AR-15 or German brand assult rifle in a Cartel kidnapping...

Those bishes are armed to the teeth, mosty from the corrupt Mexican military whom bought or was given weapons from the USA to fight the Drug Trade..

Now Columbian cartels sport the AKs because, but not Mexico..

apparently you don't know much about the concept of Locke's 'natural rights'

Natural rights: These are rights that are supposedly universal in scope and binding on human behavior, much like the physical laws of nature. One of the most famous expositions of this belief came from the 17th century philosopher John Locke. According to Locke, natural rights were those rights enjoyed by prehistoric humans in their original "state of nature," before humans began forming complex societies. This was an idyllic world of freedom, equality and consideration of other people's rights. He wrote that the "state of nature" is governed by a "law of nature," which humans can discover through reason. Through his own reasoning, Locke concluded that humans were "by nature free, equal and independent." Furthermore, natural law obligated that "no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty or possessions."

giving immigrants the rights they held in the state of nature, ie 'natural rights' would give them more freedom and liberty than we as citizens have.

Mang this all started when they took down the borders during the wars mang. See it gave bordering countries the idea that it's ok to come on over, ya dig? Ya see, there is more to it than the physical migration of the peoples. So what you gotta understand is that the people don't choose to illegal enter the U.S. I mean, why would they when they know they can never truly achieve "the American Dream" because they really don't exist within our system, ya dig? Plus, I personally know a guy who has a relative desperately try to cross the border so he could provide, legally. Guess what? The shut his *** down. Then he had to resort to a coyote, and he got grabbed up. Almost died too. Luckily, he eventually made it across and know lives the stereotypical (albeit chosen) life. Point is, if it wasn't so hard to legally immigrate, there would be less illegal immigration (duh). AND, it would reduce the surplus of minimum wage workers (read: immigrants). SOOOOOO, those that would consider crossing illegaly would be dumb cuz their job is now pro-bono. There you have it mang. Problem solved.

...and this is coming from an immigrant who is now working his way through college in order to become a struggling journalist.

Hey Faulkerman, everybody has "natural rights" intrinsically, according to "your" definition. Which, is poorly copy and pasted because it doesn't use a 'staple' word of it's mantra: inalienable. Which is ironic. Inalienable rights. I laugh now.

ok here is my badly cut/pasted responce...

Inalienable rights: These are rights that cannot be taken away. In other words, individuals intrinsically possess rights, and no one else can alienate or revoke them.

its inconsequential to the point i was making...if he is against immigrants, he doesn't want to give them all the rights they had in the state of nature..

Yes, that's what I said. Natural rights are inalienable rights, and, I didn't make any sort of notion towards their correlation with this thread/somebodies point. I'm criticizing your interpretation of the theory which you brought it. That's all it is by the way, a theory.

Do you call muderers "life-enders", Rapists "Unwanted ****** intercourse commiters", Burglars and Thieves "Those who choose to take what is not theirs"???
I think not.

Illegal Alien is a technical term, not meant to dehumanize Mexicans. It is a very functional term, with nothing extra thrown in to skew the meaning. If we wanted to dehumanize them, we would still call them wetbacks, or maybe mangy, low-down good for nothing beaners.

your examples are all flawed...all have nefarious intent...there is no such intent with people coming here to do jobs we wont...

I didnt call the term racist...i said it was meant to dehumanize them...which it is...its allows you to think of them as some term instead of actual human beings...identical to you with the exception of being born a few hundred miles to the south.
