also how would you know this person is a professional? i could say i'm an eye doctor and write you a note. I personally wouldn't even want to show a cop a note i got from a car audio forum that claims i can bypass minnesota law. if you gave a cop some off the wall note, you'll be in even more trouble then a tinted window fine.

so you have to come to a car audio forum where probably less then 5% of the active people are from minnesota, and of that 5% you have extremely large odds of finding an eye doctor? so basically you came to a caraudio forum looking for an eye doctor in minnesota, and not only an eye doctor, but an eye doctor who would be willing to risk his career or practice to write you a note for $50 just so you can cruise around with tinted windows?

WTF does tiniting a windshield do for you? I mean, outside of the obvious of getting one a ticket. It is a law for a reason - protecting the lives of police officers.

Does it help at night when you are driving against traffic or something?

that's why i tint my windows. when i'm driving in the hood here and they see white boy gyrating to the music, they'll think i'm flashing signs and open fire.
