i've had two great experiences with ikesound. a couple of years ago i bought my deh-840mp from them and it came on time and it worked great for me for two years. then i recently bought a refurb directed audio 750d and again it came on time, well packaged, and works great. but i have heard stories about their horrible customer service though.

I have had a one good experience and one bad experience with them. The first time I ordered my deh 750mp and I recieved it 8 days after I ordered it. The second time I ordered an amp and a sub. On their web site it says that they won't charge your credit card until the order is shipped. So I check online the next day and see that my card was billed, so i'm like cool it shipped already. I wait for almost a month when I get an e-mail that says they need me to fax them a copy of my drivers licence and credit card before they will ship my order. So I wrote them back and told them to refund my order.

I ordered my directed audio 1500D off ikesound which was instock and everything i ordered it the 22 of october and still nothing! I paid in full and paid 28 to ship it i emailed the guy yesterday and i guess he said it shipped yesterday but still havent heard ont he exact arrival date! Anyone else have this problem with ikesound?

Another thing, did you get a bass gain knob with your amp, because im hoping I get one with mine.

I sent a money order in and recived the amp with in a week. I was very happy how fast it got here

i didn't get a bass knob with my amp though.
