I ordered my directed audio 1500D off ikesound which was instock and everything i ordered it the 22 of october and still nothing! I paid in full and paid 28 to ship it i emailed the guy yesterday and i guess he said it shipped yesterday but still havent heard ont he exact arrival date! Anyone else have this problem with ikesound?

If it just shipped yesterday, it wouldnt be there... Give it another week.

I know tony but what i dont get it why would they just know ship it? I bit late just as long as it gets here i guess. I mean i am not gonna get worked over it just excited.. You know! NEW AMP YAYYYY

it does not take 2 weeks and a half to ship out an amp. it should be at your house by the 2nd week with standard flat rate shipping.

i could only assume the item wasn't in stock at the time and they recieved it just now and then shipped it out.

They immediately emailed me saying it will be shipped and what not and it was in stock i dont get it! Just kinda frustrates me cause i want it!

they have bad costumer service tho.....i cancelled a amp i ordered from them like 3 months ago and then it arrived 2 weeks ago...ive been calling every day now and they havent picked up and they dont answer there emails....not the best compnay

One of the worst online companys out there in my mind. I ordered 2 of the 3004spl Pioneer subs and lanzar 3 way xover and a lanzar cap and wiring kit. I placed the order and I got a tracking number 2 days later, saying it was shipped. So I am like cool. I get my stuff about 5days later and I am all excited. I open up my crossover and wiring kit and is all right. So good so far. Then open the boxes to my subs. The are the wrong model completley. So now I am pissed. I called them up and they anwered right away, surprised me,lol! I tell them the situation and they are like you will have to pay to have them shipped back. So my dumbass does this and when they get them like a week later, they say the woofers I ordered are on back order for about a month. WOWOWOWOW! So needless to say I was done with them. Told them to credit my account back with what the woofers are worth, which they did. So all and all I decided to go to a local shop and spend the extra few bucks on woofers that are decent. I wish I could have found a local pioneer rep near me though. So just be careful ordering with this company. They are not the best nor near it. Good luck!

I bought a viper 1200.1 from ikesound back in september and it came in less than a week. NOw I just purchased some PG xenon comps on 11-4 and I check the UPS site with my tracking number and they say there was a reshedule(WTF!!) so My comps are going to be comming 11-14 . I blame this on UPS not Ikesound.
