The 770 feels cheap and its hard to controll while your driving.

The Premier version has 4volt preouts and a longer warranty. I just installed one last week and I like it. However, the one knob thing is kind of hard to use and so I used the remote mostly. Guess that's better anyway so I keep my eyes on the road.
