I have ahd nothing but BAD expieriences with them
i purchase a 1500d from them about 3-4 months ago. so far so good, but they do have a bad rep so i may just have gotten lucky. do a search and you find what we are talking about.
Bought my very first sub from them 4 years back =) Good service from my personal experience.

I bought my DEI refurb off Ikesound. I noticed a lot of people had problems with theirs though. I never did, it seems sorta like a toss up really. Hope you come out on the good end.
Ikes was the WORST internet transaction i have ever made.
They told me they had sent my amp out on two different occasions, and they never had the amp in stock. I was strung along for two months.
In short my install was two months behind waiting for an amp that never came and i had to call them long distance 3 times because they would not respond to emails.
