my experience was good, they honored the warranty on my brutus when i had to send it back, and i got my amp back fast.

man, people need to use the search button...there has been many threads on this topic. Yes it is a good place to buy from, they may take a while to ship items(some cases I've read) but they shipped my directed 1100D fairly quickly. They **** ***, very bad experiences with em, took almost 3 weeks after i ordered an amp from thier, for them to tell me they were out of stock, and just recently, about 3 days ago, i ordered another amp from em, and they havnt even shipped the mofo out yet, and will prolly tell me that ***** is unavailable to. i would stay away from em, but they do have some good refurbs,..... and they have some goony lookin ppl workin thier(link ), some look half retarded, maybe thats why thier buisness is so slow,..

and i also hear thier bad on some warrentys... thier was just a topic on here not to long ago. half comments were good half bad, so it all depends.

oh ya and the directed 1100d had been out of stock(not on backorder) for cpl weeks now, and its still listed... so dont order it, i would call em and ask em if thier in stock before u buy somthing. half thier shit isnt though. so good luck

Their taking forever on my amp.

They advertised it, and happened to tell me a week later that it is "backordered" for a long time. They should say its backordered on the site when yoru purchasing stuff. I feel that is dishonest.

So i called them up and tried to cancel and the lady says "hold on, there is actually ONE left in the back room, I'm going to ship it now, so I'm still waiting on it"

my dad bought his profile amp from them, then like a week later they told him they couldn't ship it to his door (he has a street adress) and had to switch it over from ups to u.s. mail to switch it to his p.o. box.........took like 2 weeks
