i ordered my profile amp from them, no problems at all. purchased back in november if that makes a differnce.

do they tell you its a refurb? or do they just send it to you and not say anything? and is all of their shit refurbed?

It was listed as a refurb, but for the price I bought it for.. I'd expect to get a nice piece of equiptment. Instead, it was D.O.A.

track your order, i ordered my HU on wed. and by friday it was in west columbia which is the UPS station closest to my house ,10 miles. so it should come tomorrow
