I havent had time to read the entire thread, so im only going to comment on the first post.

If only you understood how sound propagated throughout a vehicle or...just in general how it functions you'd slap yourself. You couldve saved yourself some money and just purchased a train horn, because what you have created is nothing but an obnoxious sound transducer...a device that makes lots of noise but virtually nothing else.

1) You are smearing any hope for a nice linear response, because all the waves will reach you at different times on top of the exorbitant amount of reflections in the car.

2) You are also going to have loads of micro nodes in your car, locations where the waves combine in phase (6dB boost) and combine out of phase (6dB loss).

3) You are going to have...no image or be able to visualize the drivers in space because of the disproportionate amount of drivers used in various locations without any sort of time alignment or individual phase control.

4) Im not sure where you are crossing your midranges to tweeters or the actual drivers themselves, so I cant specifically comment on those but from what I've seen so far I doubt you did even a subpar job.

basically your car will sound like shit for various objective reasons that provide irrefutable evidence of it sounding so. I mean if you just like listening to distortion and noise then well...I cant argue with you

What was your intention upon building the car? Just curious.

You spend an extortionate amount of money on a system that sounds like shit and performs considerably less compared to a well engineered and designed system that uses budget drivers...I'd consider that a mistake and im sure most on here would agree with me.

You also havent commented on what I had to say (objectively) on your vehicle, I assume you agree with me it sounds like shit and is a poor excuse for audio reproduction?
