wierd noise from speaker

I had an extra 4 channel amp layin around and thought it be better then my curreny one. so i swapped um and sounded great all speakers were loud and clear but when i chaged songs or had volume down right rear speaker made loud buzzing noise and i troubleshot but couldnt stop it. so i put old amp back in and speaker was fine. could it be the channel on the amp or what else could it be?
