If you had to save your pets life or a strangers life who would you choose?

i'd save my dog ...because if they are both on the tracks, chances are he's a pet thief and deserves the splat thats comin

I love my dog dearly, but I also realize that there is a difference between a human life, and that of an animal. Of course I would choose a human life over an animals..any day. People are just more important, period. And guess what? If your dog saw you trapped on the tracks, and could either save you, or chomp on a big juicy steak, he's going to pick the steak every time. I don't care how loyal you THINK he is..lol. It's an animal for crying out loud. Whats next? I guess we'll have people saying they'd save their pet cat, iguana or snake first as well. I did LOL at some of these comments though.

Why? Doesn't our society already reflect this attitude. Have one person kick a dog, and another person kick another person. You are more apt to serve time over animal abuse than assault.
