Dude is alright ... but I wouldn't like to hear a teammate say "There are a lot of good players here ... and I'm one of them." ... could be taken a lot of different ways.

I was going to comment on his fly ball dropping abilities ... but that seems to be happening far too much these days. Don't float on the bloody ball, run to where it's going to drop, stand under it, catch it with two hands. All these guys trying to make it look pretty just to get the play of the day.

Plus, it doesn't help when he watches Sammy step in and strike out time after time.

Well I'm no steroid expert, but from what I've heard, after getting off of it it makes healing much more difficult. I don't think any other player in the majors would be out for a whole season with that same injury.

I should stay the hell away from this thread since snova asked so.

I have one problem, I am a sport fanatic. I can't help but stick with all sports and debate them or try to remember statistics. I have a major problem with steroids. All these people should be banned from the hall. People said that Raffie didnt have the body of bonds, mcgwire and sosa so he couldn't be taking roids. Well, its quite obvious he has been. Its depressing. I guarentee you that even the ripped nigs in fball would openly admit to using steroids and leave as soon as they were asked instead of using this poor excuses of not knowing, etc.

Caught a few games on TV ... kid can hit real well. If he can stay healthy, I bet he could steal a lot of bases. I think he's worth more than $332, 000.

Its the only game I've enjoyed all my life. The one reason that I don't believe that Raffie was on roids is because he let the league in singles a few years back. You don't just drop singles consistently if you are juiced up.
