If I had a gun I'll take it to FedEx right now *56k ****off*

^^ That's what I'm leaning towards right now. DickEx is wanting to file all this shit when it wouldn't have happened if it was packed right.

that sub was packed all wrong for shipping...

It should have been double boxed,1 box for the sub with packing material

and another larger box filled with popcorn and the smaller box in it,,,,

Yes, I know. The packing was shitty as hell, but that didn't kill the speaker ultimately, it was FedEx's poor handling. If it was just bubble wrapped and dealt with carefully it wouldn't even be broken, but that's not relevant. What is relevant is that one should know shipping companies promise fast service because they move things like SkyCaps at the airport with luggage. 50/50 shipper and seller, but I just really want a new Rl-p.

FYI - Double box all electronic equipment. Use packing peanuts in-between the two boxes. And foam in the center box surrounding the product. Gives it a nice cushion even safe from mild drops.

Sucks man.

Yep, I shipped my 9515 in between two pieces of MDF that had that spray foam stuff (insulation) covered about an inch or two above the wood, those wrapped in bubble wrap twice with a pillow of peanuts on either side. Weighed on the good side of 65 lbs, but it got there A-OK.

Werd... Although i shipped a w7 kinda that way...wrapped and wrapped and wrapped it with bubble wrap especially around the ring. Then stuffed the box FULL of newspaper so the ****er wouldnt even move. Then i duct taped the hell out of the outside of it, and since the box was too small it was all demented, so i put it into a bigger box filled with more newspaper. Then, of course, went duct tape crazy again. Seems he just didnt pack it in a big enough box with enough paper is all. Then again, the w7 i was shipping already had a crack in the cone so it didnt really matter (seller knew before buying also). If it was broke prior, that guys a REAL dick... thats just horribe, its not like you can get it reconed or something that thing is ****ed. (but it really looks like dickex just carried it to your door, then ****in dropped it on the cement cause you werent there to pick it up). Good luck, nothing ever happened when i filed a claim.

dont forget to suspend all items in the package. By suspending them, i mean that any equipment is not touching the box directly, and has available cushion. UPS requirements says when packaged correctly, they can drop if from 4 feet and remain undamaged, heck of a way to make a claim not stick, huh //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i would rip them a new a** hole thats messed up i would reck havoc on fedex.it looks as if they took a saw to it or dropped it off the truck while in motion.sorry to here about that and good luck with your claim man keep us informed
