Nice to meet you, dude. We all can learn from you, sometimes, we get so caught up in me, we can't see the 'big picture'. And we lose touch with reality. My wake up came on 09JAN12, and then again, on 23JAN12. The 9th, at 0325, I found my wife of 8yrs, dead in our bed. On the 23rd, our son and I, were displaced by a F3 tornado, at about the same time, aquired $78,000 worth of damage. Opened up the ceilings in my son's and my bedroom, a limb about the size of my wrist penetrated the wall above his bed. In the midst of all off that, I had to continue to be provider, caregiver, and dad. You never really know what you are capable of, until you are challenged. I commend you for showing us who are, and my prayers go out to you. You are an inspiration to those that don't think that things can get worse. My favorite quote for times of difficulty is; "I once lamented about having no shoes, until I met the man that had no feet". Kind of puts things in perspective. Again, thank you for sharing, William.

Every picture tells a story and every story paints a picture, after the injury i spent 6 months in the veterans hospital during which time my wife divorced me and then 3 months after i get released my father passed away with COPD, it's been 8 years and i get a little better every day but it's been a long hard road both physically and psychologically, you can knock me down but i will get back up.. If you want me to stay down you have to kill me..

park my wheelchair behind that crate with the board on top and then slide forward and down and then over into my seat and drive away, there is hand controls on left side.

with all the equipment (except for head unit) behind and under the bed it will be virtually impossible to remove it without opening the back doors and i am putting a shackle w/lock on the back doors so they can't be opened, it may be a little unsightly but no more so then the rest of the van and will provide lot's of peace of mind

Thank you for your service, I too, wore a uniform for our country, for 12yrs. I appreciate you, my brother, but you REALLY need to replace those mtx subs, lol. You will do much better with those daytons.

If you had 500wrms in 2ohm mono what would you do with it ?

Perhaps a single 12" w/DVC and 500Wrms rating in a vented or ported enclosure ?

depends on your goals really, you seem to be searching for more of a well balanced sq system given your active choice up front eh? perhaps if youre not really into a ton of output you could shoot for more cone area in a sealed box

You are absolutely right, now that i have discovered active i am not going back to passive and we will talk more about the subs in the sub forum, cheers..

I appreciate your service. I'm glad to see people be able to overcome such huge obstacles make themselves a stronger person. Unfortunately I always have to deal with the ones that couldn't handle the pressures life can throw at you. As long you keep that mindset nothing can stop you. Btw, nice to meet you.
