If I add 45 degree pieces to my box.

If I add 45 degree cut pieces to my box for better "airflow" will it ruin my tune of the box? Or will it make it sound different it being in the port? It does not include these cuts in the diagram psi sent me but I heard it's good for better airflow and it also looks cleaner.. anyone know of this? The pictures below just the diagram they sent which has non included and also of the 45 that's in the corner of both corners of the box including the corner which the port. I also have a double baffle instead of using just single will this ruin the area of the box or tune?

Only place they are really needed is in the port corner to help keep the port width more consistent. Just add in the displacement of the 45 to see how much it will raise tuning. Won't be much though...

**** wish i consulted with her first before the second baffle. i could pry it open but idk lol will the second baffle raise it by a crazy amount? and for the 45s i should place it within the corner of the port and thats it?

from testing your not going to actually hear any improvements from it i wouldn't worry about it unless you alter BOTH of the corners in the port. AKA cut another piece like the one you are going to put in the corner of the port and trim the L section of the port back to fit another 45 that way the port area along the length is linear. otherwise your wasting time money and more than likely will loose output

Good idea to add that 45 in the corner, port will be marginally more efficient.
As far as changing volume, anything short of 20% difference will likely be inaudible.
unless just the corner of the port should be good enough and no need the other 45s

if i were to sand this thing what grit should i use?

also could i not use a terminal cup and just screw 2 holes for the positive and negative?

Finish side of ply is very thin. Go easy on sanding, use something fine.

If you plan to run more than a couple hundred watts avoid terminal cups, they're not up to the job of high power.
