I want to get a good single 12" give me 60 spl and 40 SQ. I heard alot of good things of IDMAX. What about the XXX 12" or a HC 12" or HC 15" (maybe)....I dont want to build a huge box. What would you choose?!?! Daily driver, not competing. Gonna use a Visonik X900XD amp.....

Had a topic that a dude had 2 12" XXX and compared it to the 2 12" IDMAX, same box, same watts or whatever. the Idmax was better....

XXX are a beast, never heard of these subs before...tuff decision..

Gonna buy the IDMAX on sounddomain, if i buy it, i can get a dynamat trunk kit for a buck, will come very very in handy....

XXX are $493w/ship (i dunno if its the right price to ship hawaii, its 124 ship)

IDMAX are probably around $470-490w/ship and a Dynamat Trunk kit at SD...

What would you choose?!?

the RE XXX no doubt. for SPL, they will just top the IDMAX. sound quality would be enough for you, considering you're looking for 40% SQ. the XXX are very tough subs. in a correct install, the XXX should be a better value than the IDMAX. the T/S parameter on the RE speaks for itself.

I agree with these guys, the XXX would be the way to go...

You'd pick the IDMAX because your all about SQ..am I right? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
