Ideas for an electronics project?

an accurate spl meter for in the ride, i know the epic 160 has one, but most the meters that are decent priced don't go over 150db if they even reach that, and heard complaints that the epic isn't too accurate...

The problem with car audio gadgets is that if it's simple it's already been done. Especially if it solves a common problem.
