Ideal Speakers for PPI AX400

I'm running front stage only in a 99' Mitsu Eclipse in Q-Logic Kickpanels. I'm thinking about purchasing my Boss's PPI amplifier(white art series, very good looking), and I need to know what some good matching speakers would be.

I'm looking to spend about 300 max, 350 if there's a big jump in quality in that price range.

I want an SQL speaker, but at the same time soemthing VERY clear. I really like the sound of Alpine Type X's, but if there's something that would sound better on the 200W AX400, let me know!

I want good midbass in a 6.5" size(yes, I'll be fitting them into the kickpanels, so please nothing oversized).

Okay, basically I just want to know if there are any speakers other than the type-x that are under $300 and sound very clean and amazing with 200w?
